RAM Motorsport Returns To Happy Hunting Ground

RAM Motorsport’s Porsche Carrera Cup Australia entries return to Sandown this weekend, a happy hunting ground for drivers Dylan O’Keeffe and Dean Cook.

In Round 5 of this year’s championship, O’Keeffe and Cook will return to where they both took the round win in their respective classes last year, Sandown International Raceway.

After winning the Sandown Carrera Cup round last year and completing a successful test day with his RAM Motorsport/GWR Australia squad, O’Keeffe is confident in the pace of his Porsche.

“I’m looking forward to Carrera Cup; we’ve won races at Sandown the last two years, so we’ll be looking to continue that form,” said O’Keeffe.

“Our biggest advantage so far this year has been our consistency – I’m the only driver who’s finished every race in the top 10 – so if we can add in some race wins, we’ll be right in the championship game.”

O’Keeffe will have a busy weekend at Sandown. Alongside his Porsche commitments with RAM Motorsport/GWR Australia, he’ll also be competing in the Sandown 500, joining Nick Percat at Matt Stone Racing.

This weekend’s Porsche Carrera Cup action will be shown live on Fox Sports and Kayo.
