O’Keeffe to Pilot RAM Motorsport Entry in Carrera Cup Australia

Dylan O’Keeffe will join RAM Motorsport as the pilot of our new 992-generation Porsche Cup Car in the 2022 Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup Australia.

O’Keeffe has solid experience in the one make series and was a title contender in 2018, ultimately finishing third as Jaxon Evans clinched the crown.

“During my last season in Carrera Cup in 2018, we were in contention for the title all season, but there were probably a few occasions where I was maybe a little too conservative when I was in wheel-to-wheel combat with other cars,” he said.

In his 3 years away from the series O’Keeffe opted for a mix of Super2 and TCR Australia and has appeared as a Supercars co-driver in the past two editions of the Bathurst 1000.

O’Keeffe will be supported in his championship tilt by GWR Australia who are charged with running the RAM Motorsport entry and title-winning engineer Dejan Ninic. Both Ninic and GWR Australia supported Cameron Hill in his championship clinching 2021 campaign.

The 2022 Carrera Cup Championship kicks off at the Australian Grand Prix, 7-10 April.
